This is my second time here and they are amazing. I have extremely curly hair and both Ladona and Melissa have cut my hair. Both have been a wealth of information and are incredibly knowledgeable about curly hair. I have also received help from Ashley and she is great. I have been to many expensive salons and have walked out hating my haircut. Both times here have been great experiences and I have loved my cut. When I say they are better than the expensive salons, I mean much better. They are helpful, friendly, and really care about the end result. I can’t recommend them enough.

Worst haircut experience I’ve ever had, and there isn’t a close second. I told the stylist what I wanted – essentially clippers on the back/sides and to leave the top alone. About 2 minutes into the haircut, she said “well, I don’t know if you wanted an undercut, but you’re getting one.” When I stared in stunned silence, she informed me that she’d forgotten what I’d said and just started doing something else. Not only will I never be back, I’ll use every opportunity to discourage anyone else from going.

Operation in general was as expected for a Great Clips and quick haircut. Bigger concern was the person that cut my hair. Clearly they were new and I found myself literally wondering if they needed an extra hair stylist so someone had their boyfriend come in. I get being new bad have had many newer people cut my hair at various places, but he didn’t know where any supplies were, how to use the tools, or seemingly how to cut hair so felt like I was his first cut he had ever done. Because he seemed so lost and wasn’t working alongside someone else there were about 3-4 people that came after me and left before I was done which kind of defeats the purpose of why I went in the first place to get in and out. Would love to see more training prior to releasing people to just go wild on someone’s hair. Luckily it’s just hair so it will grow back and can go to my normal shop to get it fixed up next round.
