I’ve been going here since I was a kid and only recently stopping going back because the workers were rude and disrespectful to me recently over nothing despite the fact that I’ve known a lot of them for years and have always been respectful and tipped generously. I did all this in spite of the bad haircuts and I definitely won’t be supporting them any longer. It’s not even a particularly cheap option when I can get a decent cut at an actual salon where the employees are friendly and accommodating for like 5 bucks more than a great clips cut. There’s absolutely no excuse for snapping at a customer like a dog over misunderstood instructions especially when they’re supporting you in spite of your mediocre service.

If you have a younger child I wouldn’t recommend going here. Staff was rude as soon as we walked through the door, and clearly did not want to cut my sons hair. She had no patience with my son (15mo) and didn’t even cut half of his hair. I was not expecting a perfect hair cut because he is so young and moves around so much, but the service was terrible. I would much rather pay double the price than have someone treat my child that way.

I’ve went to great clips a few times, a couple years ago they completely messed it up (I have really long hair) they messed the layers up, they cut WAY WAY shorter than I said! This time I went I was just getting me dead ends off, I can’t remember the lady’s name but she was so nice and did a great job.

DO NOT GO HERE! This has to be the worst place to go! They do not know how to cut hair or even know what inches are! I have very long hair and I only asked them to cut a little bit, but they cut like 7-8 inches off! I will not come here again and I hope anyone reading this should do the same if they like their hair. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.

I got a simple hair cut. Turned out fine but I felt like for the money I didn’t get much in return. Hair cut was basic but there was no shampooing which is personally my favorite part. I forgot why I never go to great clips and this is why. Very little effort. Was in the chair maybe 5-10min. I’d rather go somewhere else next time that will do a hair washing and take their time on my hair. Like I said it didn’t turn out bad but not really much of a difference either especially 14$ worth. I usually tip but this time I did not due to the lack of effort but the staff was incredibly friendly and kind. On a side note super odd they have 20-30min wait times but no way to use the restroom had to go to subway.

I was quite pleasantly surprised to get a seasoned professional to cut my hair. I have thin hair and a bad cowlick and my stylist left enough hair to leave it against my head versus looking like Alphalpha. The pricing was reasonable also. I am new to the area and will return!
