Love this place. Had two hairstylists before and they were always hit or miss, even when I show them videos of what I want. Great clips gets it close to dead on every time. Teresa is amazing. I took photos of my hair after I saw her Friday bc she did it perfect. Also, I’m going back to my roots, I didn’t know how much blonde was in my hair. She styled it like it was intentional without even telling me and she killed it!

We checked in on line for grandson to get a haircut. One lady just got done cleaned chair and walked to the back. The other took a man that just walked in and did not check in on line so we have been sitting here so far 20 minutes watching her and him have a conversation about coins and NO CUTTING happening.

It was clean and the wait wasn’t long. But the lady didn’t know who to look at a picture and really not make it look like the cut at all. She has cut my son’s hair before it had been awhile. I do remember thinking there was one lady that I wasn’t impressed with. But this time my son is older and was really disappointed. I think if you go to these Five/Dimes and I will say. I understand it’s not a hi dollar Beauty Salon. But be a strong enough person in yourself to admit if you don’t feel like you can cut that style. I believe most people would be very understandable about it. I’m not saying I won’t go back. I will just know who I will ask for with his next cut. Thank you and good luck.

I am sure this Great Clips is like the rest, great hair cuts. The 1 star is not intended to be against this location. The issue is the online check in. When you check in to get a hair cut on your lunch break… the estimated wait time gets down to 2 minutes then goes back up to 16 minutes, 3 times it’s aggravating. Again, not a reflection of this location. Estimated wait time need improvement.
