Never seems to matter what time of day they always seem rushed busy or not at the Forest Springs shopping center in in Louisville, ky I always bring a picture in to show what I want for me or my children. That almost never seems to matter and the stylist does what they want. Hardly ever get the cut that is asked for. Have been coming here for years and I get different stylists and I only ever had a few do what I asked. I thought if I stayed at the same salon they would get to know me/my kids, not the case.

Great atmosphere, excellent stylists, and no wait! I checked in on the iPhone app, and was immediately taken back by Kristen. I had never been to this brand new location before, but since I had been to other Great Clips, they already knew how to cut my hair. We had a great conversation, the music was on point, and she was done before I knew it. Will go back, I highly recommend.
