This place is a joke. We just walked in to an empty salon and was asked, “Did you check in on-line?” (why is that so important?) We said no and the stylist was obviously irritated by that. After huffing & puffing for a few seconds, she responds, “that will be a 45 min wait.” WHY?? There. Was. Not. A. Soul. In. The. Salon! She says there were lots of people checked-in online. Oh yeah, where are they? It’s clear she didn’t want to cut anyone’s hair. What’s funnier is we drove by ten mins later after picking up dinner and guess what-THE SALON WAS STILL EMPTY!

What are the ACTUAL hours for this place? Google says it closes at 8:00, Great Clips app says 6:00, but I get there just before 5:30 – after already checking in on the app, mind you – and not a soul to be found? Are the employees deciding just to cut out early, thinking no one will notice?

I used this business before and it was acceptable . Today was a different story . After check in I was told that the wait time is 34 minutes ( extremely precise ) . After about 1 hour my names was called and big surprise …. they told me that they do not do beard trim anymore / management decision !!!! They look at me like I was ask them to repair my car injection system . What’s wrong with this world ???? Hair saloon do not trim hair … nails saloon do not cut nails ….. next the gas station will not sale gas and Mc Donald’s will not sale burgers. I just try to comprehend how come a manager sitting on the commode got this brilliant idea … how about we do not trim hair in our hair saloons anymore .. brilliant idea

I typically use the great clips off of brownsboro rd and i definitely will never be retuning to the one in towne center! I always get good and professional help there at brownsboro great clips. Today, I took my client here because it was closer to her house but it will not happen again! When I arrived I was told I would wait and hour, so me and my client sat down to wait. The computer screen was really dim so I stepped closer to try’s before see where we were at on time.Immediately when I stepped up the black lady with the short cut tells me “ Don’t touch that it’s broken” I tried to explain that it wasn’t broken but dim and the “manager” of the salon told me that “we don’t do attitude down here and i should take that s**t up the road”. The back lady with the short hair response “sure don’t” as if she was seconding what he was saying. I asked him was he referring to me and his response was “ yeah you had a attitude since i told you it was an hour wait”. First I would like to say clearly I didn’t have a problem if I choose to wait and secondly while he was cursing there was elder people and children present which if it was my grandmother or children I WOULD NOT HAVE APPRECIATED THAT! 3rd I don’t think great clips trained him in that way or would appreciate it.other then that the lady that cut my clients hair was really sweet regardless of her co workers.
