I was apprehensive about getting a hair cut after a terrible experience at Fantastic Sam’s. But as soon as I walked in to this Great Clips location, Sarah and Star made me feel welcome and at ease right away. I didn’t have to wait and was able to get serviced right away. Sarah was friendly, thorough with my hair cut and did a great job. This will definitely be my go to salon in the future. Great for a quick and affordable cut.

My 5 years old was so excited for her new haircut but the lady(with pointed nose) who cut her hairs didn’t even blow dry her hairs. My daughter step out with wet uneven hairs in just 2 mins. If you are taking full money with tip then provide equal service to everyone. We are well mannered educated humans, not animals. Nobody deserves such treatment. Gross.Horrible. Critical: PunctualityHad a limited amount of time. Checked in ahead of time on website. I was then alerted next up at shop. Proceeded to then wait 25 minutes until someone asked if I was ready after watching the next available stylist ignore me for 15 of those minutes. I had to leave being out of time. Will not be using them again.

Have gone several times, including during the pandemic, and it was fine. But today, it was horrible. I don’t think I have ever gotten a worse hair cut. The woman didn’t really seem to know what she was doing–left everything uneven and kept asking me for suggestions/advice as to how to cut it. Left really unhappy and will be getting a fix at another place.

I bring my son to get his hair cut here every few months. His hair grows so fast! He’s 2 and has already had 3 haircuts here and we won’t go anywhere else. Sometimes he’ll sit by himself and do perfectly fine, sometimes I’ll have to hold him on my lap. But, the staff is just wonderful! Seriously, they go above and beyond what we would expect and are so patient and friendly.
