Bad service all around. The stylist didn’t want me to check in when I arrived because it would “mess with her wait times.” She bluntly told me they weren’t washing hair now even though it wasn’t noted in the menu board. I was only in the chair about 5 min, and even after declaring that my last hair cut was bad and not symmetrical (‘it doesn’t matter how you part it,it should always be symmetrical.”), this is what it looked like when she finished. She did not give me an opportunity to look at it or ask for corrections, but took off the cape and walked up to check me out when she decided she was done. I’m extremely uncomfortable with confrontation and no opening was provided to request corrections. I felt like my being there as a customer was a huge inconvenience for her, and left with a choppy, unbalanced haircut and bits that were longer than the rest that I had to correct when I got home. I will NOT be back and recommend very strongly against this place.

Great clips on Newcut has been my go to for some time now. Today I went there with an issue with my grandchild’s hair. (Something not related to Great Clips). I spoke with the manager and she did not hesitate to help me. Everyone working there was so nice and did an amazing job on my grandchild’s hair. They treated us so well. They will always be my go to place.

I went in there today I’ve been in there before we have been in there once before to get my little boys haircut and again today as we went in there his older lady cut my son’s hair he kept telling her out it hurts it hurts your pushing too hard I can tell by the way it looked that she was pushing way too hard and was really rough with his head and hurt him he was looking at his facial expressions that he was getting ready to cry he told her numerous times it hurts couch very loud so I had to step up and tell her man you’re hurting him and she wants to get rude and say ma’am what am I doing how am I hurting you and continues on doing it not so rough but still was little rough this was very uncalled for this is the second time that is really happened I will never go back there ever again and never recommend anyone to take their kid there they are rude

We went in with some pictures because I’ve learned my lesson with words being misinterpreted wrong. My son wanted a short faded side look with long hair in the front. She just buzzed it all around the sides and back with no fade. I had my husband and son in and out of the chair in five min tops. I didn’t want it quick. I wanted it right and I know those women were capable. They just chose not to put the time in. Very dissatisfied.
