Critical: PunctualityDon’t trust their registration times. I booked an online appt that said wait was 18 min. Got an immediate text that I was 15 min until my turn. Got there and there were two people registered before me. Waited outside to allow kids to have seats and for distancing. Rechecked and had one person in front of me. Rechecked after 20 min after my “estimated” time and was now third??? Waited for an additional 10 minutes and still no movement. So after a projected wait time of around 18 minutes, and waiting for a total of 40 minutes beyond my estimated time I just left. Got a call at 55 minutes AFTER my estimated 18 minutes to say I was up next. Sports Clips is much better with their estimated times being more accurate. I am amending my review due to confusion about this. Many years ago, I used to take my son there to get haircuts and they did an excellent job. HOWEVER, this popped up on “review this place” part of my phone because tonight I went to the pizza place next door to Great Clips & I couldn’t get rid of the pop-up without giving it a rating. SO, based on trips made many years ago, I give it 5 stars because back then they did a wonderful job.

Lesson learned, if your stylist is not working that day come back another day. I went in the other day and a new guy did my haircut in under 7 minutes! From the questions he asked I should have taken a hint and leave immediately. Kyle please learn that details are important! Check with your more experienced colleagues. if you can’t do a haircut just say so don’t wing it!

Great Clips offers a good haircut at a reasonable price. However, the employees are often very hit or miss. If customer service is a top priority, look elsewhere. If you want a simple, quick, and easy haircut at a reasonable price, there’s nothing wrong with stopping at a great clips.
