What’s the point in the check in system if they are going to keep bumping you? I went from a 35 minute wait to 66 minute wait after getting my kids and driving there ON TIME to be told it’s now 66 minutes because they moved WALK INS ahead of us. Then said well we don’t really check you in until your here in front of us. Well what is the point then? We have used them before and maybe it’s a training issue today idk- but don’t waste people’s time like this.

Elise is the best. So is Ashton. Great staff members. My husband and I are always feel welcomed and completely satisfied with our haircuts everytime.. Everyone there is the nicest people and have great customer service. I work in customer service and I would highly recommend them to anyone. The wait may be a little long but it is so worth it.

I took my wife there to get her haircut and she told them to cut off the dead ends which shouldn’t have been very long because she just got her hair cut there about 6 weeks ago and they end up cutting off like 6 in of her hair that’s just not right nobody gets 6 inches of dead ends in 6 weeks

Dawn is probably the most seasoned and experienced. She cuts my hair, both of my daughters hair, etc. Casey is absolutely amazing as well. She always does great.

If I could give you all a 0 stars I would, came to get a haircut at 5pm and they don’t close til 6pm, wouldn’t take me cause they was busy when this is walk in haircut place, if I owed this I would fire ever stylist in the place for refusing business!
