Critical: QualityI went in to have my sides shaved, which I have had done there a few times before, with no issues. This time I went in and asked for the sides shaved. Unfortunately Cindy brought my hair line up an entire inch, not only that but I was left uneven(one side of my head was half an inch lower than the other) she said she “followed my lines” however in my photos you can clearly see how low my line was previously. I went in to have my sides shaved, which I have had done there a few times before, with no issues. This time I went in and asked for the sides shaved. Unfortunately Cindy brought my hair line up an entire inch, not only that but I was left uneven(one side of my head was half an inch lower than the other) she said she “followed my lines” however in my photos you can clearly see how low my line was previously. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWent to this Great Clips at around 3pm and checked in. They told me that it would be about an hour and twenty minute wait. I really needed a haircut because I just got in town from Alabama and I am supposed to be at a funeral tonight, but understood. They said they put me on the list and would see me in an hour and 20 minutes, all good. When I came back at around 4:05, the employees acted like they had not seen me before and said that I was probably taken off the list. I was. Again, they told me it would be an hour wait. Went to this Great Clips at around 3pm and checked in. They told me that it would be about an hour and twenty minute wait. I really needed a haircut because I just got in town from Alabama and I am supposed to be at a funeral tonight, but understood. Critical: CleanlinessI am a customer at this place for over 15 years. I haven’t seen or experienced a salon this messed up. Cynthia’s cubicle was a mess. I could almost see the hairs of previous clients all over.There was blonde, brunette, brown and white hair all over. I had checked in “Online” and the lady that clipped my hair was oblivious of what’s going around. She was too busy with her cell phone. I was welcomed by a known hairdresser and she was very presentable.Cynthia did not care to clean the cubicle before I came to the chair.
