My mom is handicapped and don’t have use of her left arm. She can’t stand for a long period of time and if she’s out more than 2 hours it physically drains her. She needed a hair cut and everyone else were closed or full. Great clips learned she was handicapped, they went above and beyond to accommodate her so she could get her hair cut. I am so grateful I did leave a $30 tip because they moved things around for her. They have my business for life!

I never complain about my hair because i know it will grow back. BUT when you ask for a special way you want it and it dont look like what you asked and she said it will look right when i wash it ( they said they dont wash hair because of covid ) makes no since when others do wash hair.
