I’d rather 0 star if I could. I went there for a simple hair trim. I was put with a new stylist who just graduated cosmetology school. I understand she is still learning. After she trimmed my hair, the manager walked by and pointed at a few spots on the back of my hair and said she needs to fix it and then (with a baby on her hip) she walks off to the back. I had to stop her to tell her I’d rather someone come tell the new stylist how to fix my hair, rather than just point out the problem. My hair is now way shorter (I’ve been sad about it all week) than I asked for due to needing to be fixed and it was no thanks to the manager. The stylist kept apologizing and I understand she is new. It’s the fact that the manager that is over the stylists had a baby on her hip and didn’t even take the time out to tell her how to fix my hair. She just told her to fix it as if she knew what she was doing and then left to go hide in the back. My hair would be even worse if I didn’t stop and ask for another stylist to help her “fix it”. I will never go back and they definitely shouldn’t have charged me. Don’t go here. Who cares about the time and money saved when the work is NOT quality.
