My son came in today for a haircut. He called and sent me a picture of his hair when he left. He said it looked terrible. I told him at first to go back and see if someone else could fix it but when I actually seen it in person i understand why he side it looked terrible. Also the lady told him she didn’t know him and he didn’t know her so if he left with a bad haircut it didn’t matter. He has curly hair and it’s very thick and I understand that it’s hard to cut but this was the worst haircut he has ever had and he is 17 yrs old! We definitely will not be back to this location. Also with a attitude like the lady has and what she said to him I believe she is in the wrong profession! Great clips I hope you don’t keep employees like her!

I’ve been there 2 times and both times were very pleasant. Different people cut my hair and it was cut the exact way I wanted it both times. I am very pleased with their service and will continue to go there. I go to the one in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.

“Not that great-clips” is more accurate. I came in wanting a simple cut with light layering. Not only is it heavy layering and choppy but the lady who cut it was so aggressive. I told her my scalp was very sensitive due to a lot of recent hair loss and she was so rough with me ripping hair out with the comb and keeping my hair dry. I kept saying please comb more gently and wet my hair, that hurts. And she’s say oh sorry I have a heavy hand.
