My little girl got exactly what she asked for! We didn’t have good luck at the last salon we visited, but this one was much better. She was very happy with the results. The staff here is very friendly and they treated us like family, even remembered us by name because this is where my husband gets his hair cut and we visited with him before. Very clean, not too crowded. We will definitely be back.

Decent hair cuts. The ladies are nice. Based on my previous experience, I was observing interactions with other customers. Some customers tipped in cash, some tipped on their card. Either way, the stylists never acknowledged the tip at all. I’ve worked for tips for many years and I know how it works. A simple thank you or some kind of acknowledgment is appropriate and good business. I tip reasonably well, fair for the service and lack of personable attention. It’s a good place to get a hair cut, just don’t anticipate more than that.

Recently visited on a Sunday for shampoo, cut, style before a luncheon. Could not believe no styles on the weekend! What? No blow drying..so no shampoo for me. Then can dry cut but no styling hot irons, curling wands, etc. Got dry ends cut but was so disappointed in “corporate” new rule of NO STYLE weekends! Get em in, get em out. It’s not like you don’t pay more for styling. Since I live an hour away, I think I may start looking for something closer. Have always loved my hair and not only was complimented on but sent many customers. Your stylists are great but your weekend rule sucks!
