DO NOT get your hair done if the elderly lady is the person you get. I’m VERY dissatisfied with her service. My hair was below my ears on the side and all I wanted was to have it trimmed so I can feather it back well now it’s way above my ear and I can’t even style it. My hair grows slowly due to the heath conditions and my meds. Thank you Great Clips, now I look like Sam Elliott I also have before and after pics
