Quick and easy registration and check in. Normally go to a local barber, but my work schedule overlaps the hours they are open. Hadn’t been to a Great Clips in years and wasn’t overly impressed with my prior dealings. Have to give them credit though, the store in Jefferson City, TN was great. Received a quality haircut for a decent price and the staff where very professional and knowledgeable. Was impressed enough that they will probably take the place of my barber .

Checked in online, & had extra person walked in and got rite in. I went to Jefferson City today and I’m so glad I did because I got a person that I’d never got but I left very happy and the best communication with employee I HV ever had. Not completely satisfied with the cut I got today. I don’t think the stylist knew exactly what to do, acted like she was just guessing at it. As you can see there are so many different lengths and nothing is even. Will not be back… Will have to go somewhere else to see if it’s fixable. Also do not appreciate them asking for a phone number just to get a haircut. I do not give my number out and should only have to say my name to be checked in
