I stopped into Great Clips yesterday for a trim. The stylist greeted me right away and I did not have to wait. My stylist was very good and helped me look much better. So far not a good experience for me. I have waited a half hour and was told 1 person was ahead of me instead 3 people went ahead and when I asked the stylist when I would be taken she became argumentative and said that I must have heard her wrong. To which I quoted her verbatim and even asked another customer what they heard. They responded with the same thing I was told. I am going through with the haircut as choices are limited in this area. But I will be using the other stylist. I will update this review after the haircut. UPDATE I am satisfied with my haircut and I would like to say that communication is very important and maintaining a positive professional attitude is also important. I understand sometimes we have bad days and perhaps the stylist that I first encountered was just having an off day.

This is the only place I go to get a great hair cut. The staff is always nice and enjoy have a conversation with. Love the fact I can check in online, see how long the wait time is and leave the house or work accordingly and normal get to take a chair within a few min.
