I said I wanted a small trim because my hair was fried. That I was going to slowly cut off the unhealthy hair. The lady said the dead hair was all the way to my shoulders and I reiterated that I would slowly cut it off. She took my glasses off, grabbed a buzzer and said she would cut some off with that so she wasn’t fighting with the dead stuff as much. Next thing I know, my hair that was to the middle of my back is above my shoulders & she continues cutting. I can’t see well without my glasses, so I couldn’t see all that she was doing. But when I put my glasses back on, I noticed my hair was in completely uneven layers that don’t blend at all and well above my shoulder to where I can’t even put it in a ponytail without hair falling out. I have social issues where I can’t confront someone so I paid and left. Once in the truck, I had a panic attack over it. I will never allow anyone, especially a Great Clips and moreover this location, to cut my hair ever again. I loathe looking in the mirror now and my husband hates the short hair almost as much as I do.

This is easily the worst haircut I have ever received. Also, the stylist wad not friendly, I have a rash on my neck from the trimmers, and when asked how long I wanted my hair the lady cut it before I had the chance to respond. I’m not sure about the others, but do not use the lady with short hair and tatoos. I apologize for this post if the other stylists are decent.

The lady that cut my hair last dropped the trimmers in my lap and was supposed to take a little off the front of my hair instead forgot to adjust the guard I’m assuming and made I big spot in my and she said whoops guess this will be a free cut but continued and charged me the full 17 soooo I paid it plus give extra maybe the next person got better treatment and I’ll never be back in there

Haircuts are ok at best. The worst part is they don’t come in or stay the full schedule d hours. Today they were supposed to open at 8am and they didn’t open till almost 9am. About two weeks ago I was going to get a haircut. It was probably around 2:30 to 3pm and they already close up shop. Their scheduled hours were from 11am to 4pm

I got a free haircut on Veteran’s Day. I got the best haircut I have ever had, in that it was more than I asked for but the best of what I could have hoped for.
