Awful! Awful! Awful! I gave the cutter ( they are NOT stylists by any stretch of the imagination) very specific instructions on how I wanted my son’s hair cut. She completely ignored my request and gave my son a terrible haircut. Truly looks awful! My son was crying going to school today, worried he would be made fun of. We will not be returning customers.

I was not happy with the customer service my son and I received I checked in online wait time was 90 min which is hour and half I was there before my son’s appointment and the girl tried saying we was late and his name was off the screen and would not cut his hair we went to Manchester great clips and Desiree cut my son’s hair and was extremely nice respectful and done a great job I will be doing service at Manchester great clips from now on
