Great Clips is known for inexpensive hair cuts and not usually thought of as salon quality. I’m here to say you can get a great salon style at Great Clips. My last three visits resulted in wonderfully styled hair and yes, at a fraction of the cost of other salons. Today, I showed Jade a photo of how I would like my hair, and she not only recreated the style but the back actually looked better, which is a feat because I have curly hair. The facility is very clean and they have a nice selection of hair care products. You can check in online to avoid a wait. They have discounts for seniors too. Today for a senior shampoo, cut and style, I paid $20 plus tip.

My hair was up in a ponytail all day and had a crease in it, no water was added at all to smooth it out nor was my hair straightened before the cutting began. My hair was up in a ponytail all day and had a crease in it, no water was added at all to smooth it out nor was my hair straightened before the cutting began. Went home washed and styled my hair like they’re supposed to do and always had done in any other place I’ve ever went to before. I’ve had a number of friends who’s haircut have been butchered here. Once I was there and the hairstylist ARGUED with me because I wanted a 1 1/2 and she said 1 or 2 (she did not know how to do a 1/2 size), then another stylist walked across the room and showed her how to do a 1/2 size by adjusting the buzzer lever. How could you have a license and not know that! Overall the people are nice however the caliber of men’s haircuts are low.

Nice hair stylists but maybe 2 out of the 20 I have seen there can cut hair. You tell them low fade, they do a high fade. You tell them to leave your neck line natural, they box it. They just don’t listen to the customer and do what they want. Won’t be going back.

The hair dresser spent her entire time cutting my hair loudly talking to her coworker and another customer beside me. She paid very little attention to my hair, and ended up shaving off portions of my beard that transitioned into my sideburn unintentionally. Furthermore, my haircut was left incredibly uneven, and there was no responsibility taken for her mishap and no attempts at reconciliation were made. This is my first poor experience at Great Clips, but it is bad enough to deter me from every visiting again.
