I have naturally curly hair and it’s hard to find someone who will cut my hair the right way. They have me on file and how short I like my hair cut. They are very reasonable. They also have an app where I can sign in so that when I go I don’t have to sit and wait. Instead of signing in when you get there. It is much easier using the app it will tell you how long you will have to wait before you can get your hair cut.

This location is always understaffed at the busiest times of the day. In talking to the stylist, they have enough staff it just seems like they have some scheduling issues. I checked in online from the other side of town, the app showed a 12 minute wait. I got there in about that amount of time. I still waited 20 minutes longer. There were only 2 stylists working on a Friday in the early evening with 7 names on the wait list. My haircut is usually always done well, it just stinks to wait so long to sit in the chair for less than 10 minutes for a trim. What’s the purpose of an online check in if the wait times are ALWAYS wrong.
