I will NEVER take my child back to great clips again!! As soon as we had walked in the door the manager had already had an attitude and was very rude to us. Then when it was time for my 3 year old son mind you to get into the chair she has attitude towards him again. She kept pushing him back In the seat and in a very rude voice kept say “You need to sit still” or “You need to stop moving”. I tried to keep my mouth shut but after about 5 minutes of her saying rude comments to my 3 YEAR OLD son I confronted her and said “ma’am you are being very rude to my child and she then proceeds to tell me that “my child is bad”. I in return said ma’am he is three….. she says well my kids don’t act like that! And I’m thinking (Yeah well your kids probably don’t get to be kids that’s why!) But I am floored and she did this with two other hair dressers in their and 3 people getting their hair cut. Mind you the ONLY thing he was doing was moving here and their bc well he had a pound of itchy hair on his neck that you just left sitting their and it’s itching his neck. Very unprofessional of the manager to act this way, i have been going their for 2 years now and they will NEVER get my services again!! Makes me sick that you treated my three year old son that way, you should be very ashamed of yourself!

My son got butchered there today. We won’t be going back. Just needed a couple of inches cut off and long layers put back in. We left there with my SON looking like Rachel from Friends Season 1. He would look great as a girl in the 90’s. The layers are all over the place. Oddly short in some places, long in the wrong places. I am so upset. He is so upset. I could have said something but what could be done? His hair was cut. Gone. Now all we can do it wait for it to grow back. It’s such a mess. If you can’t do basic layers, you shouldn’t be charging to cut someone’s hair. I could cry.
