I had the same experience as Misty. My husband and I came in for a haircut. Mine was nothing crazy. I showed the lady a picture and reinforced that I wanted my hair on my shoulder so I can still put it in a pony tail. During the cut I tried to kindly make conversation but she didn’t want to talk to me. My haircut was maybe 10 min and when I saw it I immediately was horrified. Not only is my hair 1 inch plus off my shoulder it is not at all like the picture. I was so embarrassed. I quickly gathered my things and darted off to the car. I ask my hubby who was mid haircut to pay. I have been actively looking for extensions that are in my budget. I will NOT return. I shouldn’t have paid for mine. Not only is my hair awful but the lady was not nice. The lady who did my husband’s hair did a great job, she took her time and really cared. It look just like the picture.

Karla is the worst. She refused to give a 90 degree Men’s cut. She stated, “This is Great Clips. Not the barber shop. We don’t do that here. ” Then proceeded to buzz off the hair rather than the style that was asked for. Extremely unprofessional. She was complaining about her other customers the whole time while her coworker consoled her. It was a very uncomfortable experience. I would not recommend giving your business to this establishment. They will hire anybody. Skilled or not. But, as Karla so blatantly stated, “This is Great Clips.” You get what you pay for. (:

I would prefer to give zero, or even, negative stars to this location. I showed the young lady a picture of what I wanted and ended up with nothing close to it. I’m mortified and embarrassed! I spent the rest of the day crying at the atrocity that is now my hair. I have no desire to be seen in public. I should have walked out and not paid for this. When my hair grows back and I get the courage to cut it again I will go to a real professional and pay $70 or more to have it done right.

I just left a little over an hour ago, Carla did a great job.Was not expecting anything special just a quick haircut, and ended up walking out with one of if not the best haircut of my life. Im used to other similar establishments just cutting me up generically and throwing me out, but she really took the time, asked questions, and was extremely down to earth. Was going to use this greatclips as a one and done but I will be coming back for her attention to detail.
