I’ve been going here for 4 years. Checked my son in with my number, waited for his name to be first and walked in. A rude burnt out lady greeted us and asked if we checked in. Told her we did but it would only let me check in one time with my phone number. She started griping about glitches in the system and said I would have to wait for 5 other people although we waited an hour and my name was first on the screen. I guess she wanted to prioritize a friend or something. I usually tip 300% too, what a joke of a place. Whoever the dark toned lady is with her hair pulled back in a bun is a joker and I’ll never be back because I wanted to slap her ghetto attitude to the moon.

This has been my salon for years. I get great service from someone who is professional and highly skilled, who keeps my hair healthy and looking good. The shop is always clean and well lit. Their app makes checking in easy and cuts way down on waiting. There’s plenty of parking and a sidewalk cut-through right in front of the shop’s door. They have been highly responsible during the COVID19 pandemic and have taken steps to protect their clients and staff. Strongly recommend.
