White House Tennessee location is always busy. Ability to check in online is fantastic so you don’t have to wait in office too long, especially with two small children. Damien does awesome work, even on my 4 year old. Prices are reasonable. Salon worthy style, without the salon prices.

This location used to do a good job on my hair, but for the last two times I’ve ended up with that kid with the blue hair. He doesn’t seem to know what a high fade or a high & tight is and he can’t cut my hair low enough because he doesn’t have anything below a zero. And he doesn’t seem to want to ask anyone else if they have anything lower either. Most everyone else in there has done a good job in the past but he just doesn’t. The Hendersonville location might be farther away, but at least they have the tools and ability to actually cut my hair.

To elderly couple came in when I was waiting to get my haircut they were turned away because they didn’t register online and would have had to wait too long this is very sad because the gentleman was using a walker and it was very difficult I’m sure for him to get to the Hair Cuttery place I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again not everybody’s online and you’re discriminating against these people it’s sad and disgusting

I have been to this location 3 times. The first 2 times the experience was very rushed but the haircuts were nice. The 3rd time however the haircut was terrible! The stylist was nice but the haircut was uneven, large chunks were missing around my face and I am not able to wear my hair straight, curly is the only way to hide the terrible cut. I reached out to customer service and was contacted a week later by Brittany. She claimed to be sorry and said she was sending a free cut coupon in the mail that day. 3 weeks later and I have not received it. Per her request I sent in photos of the cut and requested a refund for what I paid and she ignored me. I expected much more from the “GM”. I am completely dissatisfied with this location and will be sure to spread the word about the poor quality and service I had here.

It has now been an hour and 45 and just received a text saying come on in , but you may still have to wait! They have two people working! I don’t blame them, never had a bad hair cut ever! This is a bad business practice. It says to your customers that your time isn’t valuable to us, because we know there is no where in this town to get a hair cut!
