Usually, the wedge cut is great….the reshaping monthly works well…until today. I wanted a wedge cut to refresh my wedge with root texturing for height. After two tries, I got neither. Guess it is luck of the draw based on what stylist you are assigned. Now there is no way to repair the wedge for. a month or so until the hack job grows out. So sorry to be writing this.

I’ve been going here for awhile. I’ve never had a bad haircut. During peak times I’ve seen the wait anywhere between 60 and 90 minutes. Your best bet is to check in online. They will text you 15 min out so you can start to head that way. Every stylist I’ve had cut my hair has done a good job.

Not sure if it’s an owner policy or company policy, but this business only helps veterans out on veterans day and will give only active duty a discount on hair cuts. I guess they only care about if you’re currently severing our county and really don’t care about serving in the past. Take as you will. I’m not going back to this business for my hair cuts.

It has taken me so long to get my length back after a bad experience at another salon many years ago, I went to Great Clips yesterday for a simple layered trim and my hair is HACKED. She did not dampen my hair at all, even though it was wavy/curly, and dry cut thick choppy layers into my hair, did not blend at all, there are holes in my hair, it is so uneven and I am so upset. I didnt notice until I styled my hair today. I also asked for face framing and I had to remind her at the end because it seemed she forgot. My long, blended layers are ruined.

Great Clips overall is great. I’ve gotten my hair cut multiple locations, I even moved across the country, and wound up getting the same experience at almost every location I’ve been to. The staff at this particular location is very friendly and welcoming and the wait times have generally been fairly quick, even with the high estimates you might see at check in. I usually check in in advance and schedule around it if it’s too long, but if you wait there, they may get you in early if someone else is a no show.
