I actually drive past a great clips that is closer to my house to get to the one a Lee Victory. The reason I do that is because I get top notch service! Sam and Abigail are much more that just workers. I see it as they are the face of this location. From a business standpoint you want people like them to represent your company. I don’t go to Great Clips for Great Clips. I go to Great Clips because they work at Great Clips. I will be back to get a cut and socialize as long as Sam and Abigail are employed!

Really for hair places like great clips it depends on who is the person cutting/dressing your hair, but I got a good one so I give 4 stars for that person and this place. They also have hair style books you can look at while you’re there and hair products

I was a client for 1.5 years, but they started recruiting students who don’t know how to cut their hair, and yesterday they ruined my haircut. I won’t be there again!!! If you don’t want to have your hair ruined, don’t go there!

My husband went to get a haircut l here and the lady that was going to cut my husbands hair was very rude and childish from the get go. She made digs about the length of his hair and him wearing hats right off the bat. Then started spraying him with water and sprayed a TON in his ears. He said he was leaving and going somewhere else and she dropped her jaw and rolled her eyes… hopefully she was just having a bad day.. but we will not be back because of it. Overall – bad experience.

As we wait, one stylist is talking to the receptionist, she checks the wait times of the M’Boro location and they are complaining that they are busy and said… “why don’t you just go over there it’s 37 min wait”, here is only 15 min longer. You would think that they would want the business but nope they want to turn it away.
