I went in and met 2 very nice young ladies. I explained that I wanted to purchase a gift card to cover the cost of a cut and style for my 81 year old mother who always puts others ahead of her self. I purchased a $60 gift card and explained to the young ladies the type of haircut and style I wanted for her, my mother upon same day arrival even brought in pictures to illustrate the type of cut and style she wanted. Needless to say the young lady who did the cut, butchered my mothers hair. I understand every new person has to start some where however I also feel that it is incumbent upon these individuals to verbalize before the cut if they are not able to deliver a quality cut and style, this young lady as sweet as she was needs a lot more practice preferably on a mannequin. My mothers hair cut was not tapered at all around the back of her neck or her ears. and the cut was uneven. Being a new business in Pleasant View this was not a good first visit. I get the feeling this is a place more for haircuts on men and women who do not put a lot of thought into their haircare. I wont be returning to this establishment nor will I be recommending anyone else. For anyone reading this I still have a $42 remaining balance on this gift card if you want it. Now remember I purchased a $60.00 gift card for a cut and style and yet they only used $18, which tells you either A) They only charged the haircut because they new they screwed up or B) They didn’t follow the request of their client for A CUT AND STYLE .
