I have gone to this place for years and Usually the haircuts have been acceptable since they were only a little bit short> That was okay because after a few days, the hair grew back exactly how I wanted it. However, the second to last time, my haircut was messed up pretty badly, my hair in the back on top of my hair was way too long. I was thinking of going back days after and requesting a free haircut to correct the haircut, but since that happened only once I was thinking to just go in a few weeks again. Now, today, I did go to cut the hair again and get a clean haircut, but this time this was the worst haircut I have ever seen. The back top of my head was cut with the machine, although I requested to get them cut with the scissors. Now, the back and side of my head look very asymmetrical which force me to only wear a hat for a while. Since it is that short, I will have to wear that har for >3 weeks the minimum. Instead of listening to my request, the guy who did my haircut was just talking nonstop, instead of focusing on my requests. I think it is not reasonable to pay $20 for each hair cut when it turns out that I have to wear a hat for a long time because it is that bad. The haircut looks like I gave it to myself and it is certainly unacceptable that a “professional” gave me this haircut. I will definitely tell others about my latest experience since that service and the expertise should not be given to customers.

My partner just got his haircut here, and they were unbelievably rude and unprofessional. He showed the hairstylist a picture of what he wanted. When she was done, he said it looked good but asked if she could go a little shorter, and she flipped out and said she was going to charge him for two haircuts and that he should’ve told her she needed to use the buzzer. He said he didn’t know because he’s not the professional. She proceeded to make it shorter and did a bad job. While he was there, all three of the other stylists got into arguments with their customers, and after one customer left, all the stylists were complaining about her in front of all the other customers.
