Good day. I had a friend visit your store at Fortress Landing in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. She recently had a successful double mastectomy, but cannot move her arms up and down or stretch them. I don’t know who cut my husbands hair today at this place but they either didn’t care about what they were doing or they have never cut hair before. Its pretty terrible in my opinion. My husband unfortunately didn’t notice at the time. The sides are just as chopped looking as the back.

I took my 5 year old daughter for a haircut at this location tonight and IM NOT PLEASED AT ALL!! after we got checked in the woman aske⁹dwhat kind of cut we was wanting done I CLERLY SAID LONGLAYERS and even showed her a picture just so there was no confusion. And long layers is definitely not what I got/paid $ 17.00 for my daughter was probably in her chair a matter of 2 mins and her hair doesn’t look any different than it did when we got to the salon. So idk what I paid money for. But we Will definitely never be going back to this place!!!!! It wouldn’t let me give half a star
