This location was my go-to place for several years, and I had several stylists during that time who did a great job listening to me and giving me great cuts at reasonable prices. But over time, the staff and service have changed, and I just don’t trust the results anymore. It’s become a dice roll, and there’s one stylist I have to refuse consistently now if I’m unlucky enough to have her pull my ticket. (And now that I’ve found a new place for cuts, I’m unlikely to return to this Great Clips location.)

I don’t want to give this store a bad review but I can’t give it a great one either. Waited around 40 minutes because there was only 2 people working with about 6-8 chairs in the store. Gave the stylist my idea of what I wanted and she did an ok job. She was done in what felt like 5 minutes and I just wasn’t to impressed. As I’ve said of the quick cut barber shops that you can’t expect a salon style cut. Overall the lady was nice and she did give me a cut, but could it have been a little more “I care what your going to think” then I would feel better about maybe 1 more star. In a pinch it will do, but don’t expect much more.

Moved to Nashville last August and I was seriously in need of a haircut. Stylist actually listened to me and gave me her feedback before the cut and recommended products for me to use and the cut itself only took about 15. mins. So glad I stopped in.
