Refused to give my son the cut we asked for. Asked her to shorten the top and when we walked away she told my son ‘I’m not doing it that short on top’ then had the nerve to tell him ‘one day you’ll get to pick your own hairstyle’. EXCUSE ME. my son told ME what he wanted and that’s what I was telling YOU. How dare this stylist tell my son she’s not doing what we asked. We are paying YOU to do what WE want. Will never go back here. The only reason it was paid for with no complaints was because his dad was there and I was not. I don’t even want to bring him back for them to shorten the top. The service we received is uncalled for.

I like this store….gallatin store is trash and the white house store…but this store is awesome the laddies in here are awesome and polite and they do really good gair cuts….manager is polite and are the stylist …..WAY BETTER then the gallatin store for sure

I came in here for the first time on 05/06/22 right as they were getting ready to close and the ladies working were so kind to me. I didn’t get their names but there was a lady working the front desk and 2 ladies cutting hair. They were all great and I love my haircut! I live an hour away and was just passing through but I would definitely return here! Thank you so much! (PS my name was under the name Brittany when I checked in)
