I had gotten my hair cut at the Fieldstone Farms location for at least 12 years. It was always easy to get an appointment and I very rarely got a bad haircut. However, over the past year things have changed drastically at this location. The wait time for a haircut is usually well over an hour and they close very early. And the last two times I got a haircut, I was very dissatisfied with the quality. I have started going to a location further away that consistently does a good job and wait time is always under an hour. They also have much better hours of operation. But I am sad that I can no longer get my hair cut at the most convenient location where I was a customer for many years.

Absolutely useless to use online check-in when it will consistently go to zero and then bump back to 20 minutes multiple times. Doesn’t help for me to schedule something with an hour wait and it ends up being 2 hours. With much of that time being sitting in the salon after showing up physically to check in. System is broken or people in the salon don’t understand how to prioritize. Very frustrating and wasted a lot of my time.

Had a great haircut. Cant beat the price. I paid around 12 to 15 bucks. Super nice and listened to what I wanted. Do something for yourself. It helped. They are clean and practicing social distancing. Bonus. If you forget your mask they will give you one.
