I haven’t been in this store in a while so I thought I’d give it a go. Have been cutting my hair since the lockdown and just wanted some “professional” help. It’s great clips so I wasn’t expecting a lot. I got the older lady who was very nice but, she did not really listen to what I asked for. I showed her the reference picture when I got to her chair. She looked at it once, then did not ask me anything else except if I wanted bangs or not. I did, (it is also pictured in reference picture) but, she cut them way too short. I don’t think she really cared to be honest. I even told her they were a bit short. She said sorry and continue messing around, trying to move my part and it just really cut my confidence down. I don’t think she really thought about what doing a cut here and a cut there would do to me. I have my nieces wedding to go to in a few hours and I just have to go with this. When it grows back out, I’ll never go to another greatclips.

Walk ins are still sometimes the way to go. I got lucky this trip. Arrived shortly after opening time. 2 fellows in the chairs getting cuts with only 2 stylists. And the online check in screen was full. Got checked in although expectations were low at this point. One of the fellows got done, paid, and left. A quick run of the broom by the stylist and she said alrighty come on back. About 5 minutes into my cut the place filled up with people who had signed in online. A just in time arrival for an awesome haircut. Thanks

First visit. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Shop was very clean. Betty(?) was very nice and did a great job – she trimmed up the bottom of my long, thick hair and added long and face-framing layers. She was attentive and knew what she was doing. Can’t beat the price. VERY happy with my experience and I’ll def be back!

Took my 5 year old son here to get his hair cut. This is our second time here. The first time he left with exactly what I asked for and it was awesome. I don’t remember who cut his hair that first visit. This time we have Paige, who I unfortunately share a name with. She was very rude to me. I told her I wanted his hair trimmed and sideburns cut more pointy and not squared up. She asked “so you don’t want the sideburns cut?” I said I do want them cut, but want them left pointy and not square. She, in a very rude tone, said that was not possible. I said yes it is, just trim his hair but don’t cut his sideburns into a blunt square. It’s really not rocket science and I’ve had his hair cut like this many times and never had an issue. Once the cut was done I asked for it to be just a tad shorter. She once again took an irritated rude tone and asked if I wanted it cut another quarter inch of half inch “or what?” I said I wasn’t sure bc I’ve never had anyone ask me exact measurements and she said “well ya know I’m one of those who wants an exact measurement so I don’t cut it too short.” Isaid we were just going to leave. I let her continue the cut but there is no reason for her ridiculous tone. We will never be back! This is why great clips sucks!
