Went to go get a hair cut today and and never gotten what I wanted but today was absolutely horrible I go and I have curly hair and it’s very full but this women I’m not racist but she is African American she goes to shave my (under hair) like to fade it and I have medium it’s not long but it’s right at my eye brows and my big thing I made sure to tell her is to keep it full and thick in the back… and you wanna know what she did she shaved the back of my hair and I have Hoco in 2 weeks and my SHAVED hair isn’t gonna grow back and she didn’t shave my whole head just the upper back where I told her to keep it full… I will not be going back ever

50/50 chance of getting a decent haircut here. I went on 6-3-22 and the girl that cut my hair did a bad job making my hair totally uneven and me having to fix it myself. She talked the whole time about her irregular periods and birth control. I understand everyone has their issues but I was there for a haircut and that’s what I paid for. That isn’t what I got.

I’ve been to this location twice, and both times have been awful. My first experience they left my boyfriends neck red from how hard she was scraping the razor. He was in pain the entire rest of the day. I went back alone because of location convenience. My name was skipped through after I waited. I was met with attitude when I brought it up. Just not great customer service. The location on Moores Mill has much kinder and experienced staff.

The lady that cut my daughters hair today did a really good job but I did not like how her attitude was. My daughter told her she has dandruff but she sat her down in the first chair and looked for lice and had a nasty look while doing it. She asked my daughter who is 14 years old did she want layers on no and when my daughter looked at me to ask the lady had an attitude with her and said you don’t know what layers are. I will not be bringing my daughter back. While brushing her hair she said if you keep moving I am gonna cut it crooked and I’ll have to fix it. She hadn’t even started cutting when she said it.
