Well the first lady that cut my hair was very nice but, she messed up my hair and wasn’t going to say anything about it until I did and her response was I’m sorry I’m not a barber and didn’t charge me…but after I left I noticed that my hair was uneven like bad so I went back and the next lady tried to fix it but the only way to save the little bit of an undershave that I wanted was to shave it down to the skin and she still didn’t get my hair even….. wouldn’t recommend going here unless you need your little boys haircut for school.

Lyndsay was great she did a Awesome job with my Man’s Hair…. she was friendly and nice. She made sure we were both happy with his hair cut. I would highly recommend her and this place. Was clean as well. And he was used to a black barber or cutting it himself. So we are satisfied customers.

Critical: ProfessionalismWanted to go for what would have been my second haircut here. Booked an appointment and put my name in the waiting list 1 1/2 before closing time, and it gave an estimated 45 minute wait time. Went to the Great Clips with two minutes wait time left and well before the shop was going to close for the day. Was immediately told by a hairstylist that they couldn’t cut my hair, because there were two people (one in the chair, one on the waiting list) ahead of me and they were going to close by the time those appointments were done. I tried to explain that I had already checked in online over an hour before closing time and that my name was already on the list, but was cut off and treated extremely rudely instead of honoring my appointment and offering to still get me in, so I left. The only reason I gave 2 instead of 1 star is because I received a very nice haircut from a different stylist at this location back in November, and her service was great.
