I brought my son to this Great Clips location. We have been to many and had good experiences. When working in any customer facing job you have to have a good attitude. When cutting someone’s hair or a child’s hair you need to be nice to them. The woman who cut my sons hair was short and honestly just rude to him and to me when I asked questions. It was one word answers and no eye contact. Here’s the thing. Maybe she was having a bad day but that’s not the customers fault. If you do not like your job then you should quit. Don’t take your unhappiness out on customers. The two stars is because the rest of the place seemed pleasant and efficient.

Don’t go anywhere the services requested can’t be performed. I ask to be shampooed and cut. I want my hair clean and then cut. The styled refused. Said that was to much excess water in the hair. Who ever heard of such. Left with no services being performed. I know my hair better than any 20 something stylist . Listen to the customer, they are always right. Go back to school. Learn customer service skills.

Worst service I have had. Not 3 minutes into the door, the stylist were incredibly rude. I used to enjoy coming here, but it has gone completely down hill. I walked out and went to Sports Clips where the service was infinitely better! They said I was not the first person this week to do that either. Something needs to change.

Super clean, friendly and NO wait! I took my daughter for a trim on the Friday afternoon before Mardi Gras, so I checked in online. It said about an hour wait. We get there and there was no wait at all!! Did a great job on her hair, the stylist was super nice and I will repeat my business there! I DEFINITELY recommend Great Clips at Magnolia Place, Daphne, AL!
