I gave a three star because a few weeks ago when I had my sons hair cut there Ursula did a fantastic job…I was in need of a hair cut this myself and thought I’d give them a try. This is the first time I have ever been to a non high end beauty salon and have gone to a place that just does mainly cuts. I also didn’t realize until after that they don’t style or wash you so if that’s important to you don’t go here. I definitely won’t be back for my own hair cut. As I got home and washed and styled my hair it was uneven on one side and had several hair tags longer in places I had to use my own hair cutting shears to fix. The hair cut I wanted was a simple long bob with layers and since I have super thick hair I wanted it thinned a little in the back. My hair in the back looks horrible. The technique the lady used to thin my hair in the back left long straight line chunks through my hair that are very visible I cried when I got home as I was doing my hair this is only the 2nd time in my life I have been this upset over a haircut. So overall I think Great Clips is good for men and boys not so much for ladies unless you just want a simple one length haircut or just a trim.
