I walked in checked in at 11:33 they said 40 minute wait I seen their devise say 41 minutes and then I got up and walked out at 12:33 if you tell people a time it should be close to that time not an extra 20 minutes this is ridiculous I understand lunch breaks but most places if y’all are busier than normal call in extra help or push back your lunch use doordash or something other people have stuff going on too quit taking so long to sweep hair y’all are busy worst ever day I have been here I’m going to Boaz from here out great clips employee at guntersville is getting worst and worst the only reason I went there today was hoping they could get me in and out before work but no I even seen them checkin people after me and they got in and out faster than me and no they was not checked in online they did in right then when they walked it it’s bull they told me 40 minutes shouldn’t have been an hour come on people!!!!! I will be back first thing in the morning if they are open hopefully they get me in and out and do a better job then what they normally do on my hair!!!!

Lady was so rude to my daughter and I because we didn’t sign in online rolled her eyes and said we wouldn’t be seen today. It’s my daughter’s birthday and she just wanted to get her hair cut to donate. We will NEVER go back to great clips! So much for customer service with this place, such a shame!
