We had such a good experience today at great clips! My son is autistic and doesn’t care for the sound of buzzers or hairdryers or anything like that. Usually taking him for a haircut is like pulling teeth. But we decided to try and get his haircut anyway. Brett did his haircut and was so very patient and kind to our son and did an amazing job accommodating our special needs and requests. Thank you for the pleasant experience Brett!

My Dad, Mom & myself all had our haircuts at this salon yesterday, 10/12/21. We did not have to wait when we arrived. Dad’s hair was cut by Tyler, Mom’s by Brett & mine by Cindy. We are all pleased with our cuts & styles. They were very knowledgeable in their work, friendly, amazing atmosphere inside & the prices are more reasonable than most other places, especially for people on monthly checks. They also have a senior discount for 65 & above. I will definitely go back again & highly recommend Great Clips to anyone of any age. Signed in as a plus one waited for 40 mins just to be told it had to be done as two different accounts because of stylist note. The person who did this on the computer said they were making a note about the new check in and had to wait for seven people to go ahead of me before I would be seen , needless to say I will not be going back and if they have your notes on a separate account save yourself and hour and just do two check ins. Would have gave them the benefit of a doubt but when confronted they didn’t even offer an apology for the extra wait so I walked out 1 out of 10 customer service would not recommend.
