I am kinda upset about my haircut as I have came to this location quite a bit and have always had a good experience. But today a lady that did my hair came from a different store to help out here and she was super nice and did exactly what I asked for my hair cut and the back looks great but the front of my hair was a mess and to much was cut off and she even seen how bad it looked and said she couldn’t do anything to fix it that I would need to go home and use a flat iron. Like I get they can’t use them but for them to let me walk out looking like I had a tupae on my forehead kinda made me very upset as I needed this haircut for Christmas pictures this weekend coming up and it’s just awful

I did not get the haircut I wanted at all. My hair is way too short and I told her to cut my bangs right at my eyebrows and she cut it way above. It looks NOTHING like the pictures. Im so disappointed and have to live with this awful haircut now Haircut

I was a little scared to go to this location. I hard a really bad hair cut with the same company in Olive Branch Ms. But I really needed a trim and shape up. Every salon in Madison was booked for 3 weeks out. So I decided to give it a try. I am so happy I did. Abby did a great job on my hair. She corrected the bad job I had on my hair. Isn’t the purpose for online check-in so you don’t have to wait in line? I was 2nd on the check-in list at time of opening and then told I would have to wait for the 9 people who were walk-in’s that stood in line. Don’t waste your time.
