Critical: Punctuality, QualityI get that your busy and rarely on time but I absolutely cannot believe how you let my husband walk out of there. No fading, uneven on the top and the sides, omg!!! Whoever cut his hair needs to have someone checking behind them so other paying customers are not sent out of there looking like my husband looks. He is too embarrassed to come back up there. He has resigned himself to wearing a hat until it grows out. Absolutely Shocking the stylist/barber thought his cut was ok and let him walk out in public like that. Why did my husband not say something at the time? I get that your busy and rarely on time but I absolutely cannot believe how you let my husband walk out of there. No fading, uneven on the top and the sides, omg!!! Whoever cut his hair needs to have someone checking behind them so other paying customers are not sent out of there looking like my husband looks. He is too embarrassed to come back up there. He has resigned himself to wearing a hat until it grows out. Absolutely Shocking the stylist/barber thought his cut was ok and let him walk out in public like that. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueSonja messed up my hair really bad. I saw her cosmetology license so she went through some education in the field. However, the experience was so bad it makes me question the validity of her cosmetology license and edualcation. If the level of expertise i experienced is above the threshold of acquiring such a job, it makes me want to figure out how to cut my own hair just so i dont have to deal another such experience. Her methods were aggressive and not condusive to a comfortable ( not painful ) haircut experience. She nicked my ear and left multiple scratches in my scalp. She also managed to poke my eye with a comb. Not to be rude or insensitive, but i hope she discontinues her career in this field. Solely for the purpose of fewer people going through the experience i did. Her methods were unprofessional and rather off putting. Her movements hurt and almost every time she just hut my head with the trimmer. Ive had a couple bad haircuts and everytime i see how bad it it and think there is no way it coulf be worse. Sonja proved me wrong. If you think you couldn’t get a worse haircut and worse experience then come to this great clips and ask for Sonja. Again, that is Sonja. I had been here two times before and had gotten a good haircut and customer experience but man, Sonja just ruined it. I dont think ill ever go back. Sonja messed up my hair really bad. I saw her cosmetology license so she went through some education in the field. However, the experience was so bad it makes me question the validity of her cosmetology license and edualcation.
