Amber did an amazing job! Talking to her was easy and she knew exactly what to do. In the past, I’ve also had a great experience with Mandy. I’ve never felt rushed, this place really takes their time on each client. I would recommend this place to others. I would also recommend downloading the app so that you can check in and see estimated wait time before you drive there. It saves time and planning, I think it’s awesome.

I was a mystery client. If it were not Mandie I do not believe I could have continued being a mystery client in Great Clips the Hazel Green location. The 5 are for Mandie and Mandi only!!! The person working in the first booth to your right as you walk in needs to know people are people regardless of who they are. I waited two hours for a basic cut. I signed in with a stylist. I knew it was going to be a while. So I left came back an hour an 45 minutes later. The person who needs much training would not acknowledge or did not acknowledge me. Very disappointed. At the spur of the I decided to get my haircut. I was told a twenty minute wait. Three were ahead of me. When it was my turn four showed up who had checked in online. No one said anything to me and the cutters started taking the ones who did online check ins.

Always friendly and my boys love getting their haircuts there! Checking in online prior to going to the location helps cut out on your waiting in the store. They text you when you have 15 min until your turn, if the wait is long than that. I would recommend checking in online.

Tammy cut my hair when I went in today. She has previously cut my hair and did not do a good job but I was going to let her have a second chance so I didn’t say anything. She wasn’t very pleasant and had no conversation with me what so ever. She did however talk to the girl beside her about how tired she was and unhappy with her job, which was very unprofessional. She was very careless with her water spray bottle and sprayed me many times in the face without care or notice. She even poked me in the face with scissors one point and didn’t even say anything! She was very rude, and to top off the bad service she completely messed up my hair. I showed her a picture and told her specifically what I wanted and she didn’t make it anything like it. When I asked her if she could put a little shorter layer on top she said all she could do is razor it which did nothing even close to putting a layer in it. Overall the experience was horrible. I enjoy getting my haircut here. People are very nice. However, the app has become completely useless. I left work when the app told me that I should leave. When I arrived, the app said there was a 0 minute wait and that it was my turn. I walk in, and there are five people ahead of me waiting for a haircut. Then one of the stylist leaves for lunch. I had to walk out. I suppose I won’t be depending on the app anymore.
