The service was great, and the employees were nice. The atmosphere is that of the typical hair salon, albiet not as flashy as a place like Lifestyles. Speaking of the service, I was in-and-out in about 5-ish minutes, which was surprisingly fast for me, since I’m used to haircuts taking 10+ minutes. Overall, if you’re looking for a fast cut, I’d say check this place out.

Whoever is in charge of this website needs to get it updated. It says opening at 9:00AM. 10 people standing in line waiting then someone notices a sign on the door saying opening at 10:00AM. It not fun driving 30 minutes to get here only to find out they are not open. I’m waiting because I don’t want to go somewhere else. Over a dozen people have walked to the door thinking it’s open. Very rude personnel, in a hurry to close even though we got there 4 hours before closing time. Didn’t even wet hair to cut it, asked if we liked the end results. Very disappointed, the staff used to be friendly. One of the staff members burped loudly every other minute.

The staff is friendly and I get a similar cut no matter who the stylist is. Wish I could see who is working on the app as I do have a preference on who cuts my hair so I don’t use the app for reservations, but the end result is the same. Pricing is fair and the wait times are decent. Not a bad choice if you need to lower your ears.

I tried to explain and show a photo and seemed as if I was being brushed off. She cut my hair way to short on the sides. She cut hair that she wasn’t supposed to. She forgot to cut hairs. Honestly the worst cut I have ever had. It is so bad I could cry. It turned out nothing like the reference photo I showed. Now I have to go to school looking like a joke. This is the cut verses the reference photo. Overall, she was such a sweet person, just not the greatest at cutting hair. too long of a wait for the little amount of service given. the minimum is the most to expect here……if you go make sure to get the thin shorter lady, blondish hair, she has given me a good cut in the past.
