So, the first and only time I went to Great Clips to get my son’s hair cut, we are sitting there waiting, and one of the stylists just leave, and it’s finally his turn and the one that was left, says, “Hold on, I have to make a phone call”, and walks in the back. I was at the Point Mallard Parkway location in Decatur, Alabama today with my 4 year old son to have his hair cut for his birthday tomorrow. When I went in , there was one employee present and she was cutting the hair of another little boy. I was the only other customer in the store. My son and I sat and waited patiently for 15 to 20 minutes. During that time , I asked the woman there where the restroom was. I tell you this, so you know she had acknowledged and knew that I was there. While waiting , another man entered and sat down. When the stylist was finished cutting the boys hair, she checked him and his mother out. She then looked at the man and ask him if he had checked in online. He said yes. She then looked at me and asked for my phone number so she could check me in. I told her my phone number, she confirmed my son’s name, then returned to the back to sweep. We continued to wait. She came back to the front and called that man back. I stood up and told my son we were leaving. She told me that he went first because he had checked in online.

Was told when I called that there was no wait time. Dribe and got there 20 mins later and there was 45 min wait so I went somewhere else. Solely an appointment issue.
