Critical: Professionalism, QualityWhen they first opened, three of us from my family got the $2 haircut. It wasn’t even worth $2! They did fine with the men’s cut, but my cut, a females cut, was horrible. One side was at least 2 inches shorter than the other. I had to go to my regular stylist to get it “fixed”, and she was amazed that anyone could mess up a simple straight cut. Sadly, we never returned. I apologized to my stylist, for trying something cheap. Trust me you usually get what you pay for. When they first opened, three of us from my family got the $2 haircut. It wasn’t even worth $2! They did fine with the men’s cut, but my cut, a females cut, was horrible. One side was at least 2 inches shorter than the other. I had to go to my regular stylist to get it “fixed”, and she was amazed that anyone could mess up a simple straight cut. They may be much better now, but the ******** is the one who messed up my hair so bad, and this was when they first opened.

Critical: ValueI took my Mom for Spa day for a treat and on the window it stated $25.99 on Wednesday so thought discount hair salon could not be much more. I also noticed in store it stated $13.00 for Senior cut. She got shampoo, cut (minimal cut) and style. After we were done total was $41! I didnt want to upset my Mom so I called when I got home to look at receipt. I have never in my life had a salon break down each step with pricing. Receipt stated $10-$4 for shampoo; $22 for regular style and $13.00 for Senior cut. The cut was not all that great either! $41 for Senior basic short hair cut is ridiculous and their advertising should state they charge individually and not one basis price which should be listed within in the Store. Style did not even consist of style with curling iron. Blow dry only with round brush. Was very disappointed with the fact that pricing is not clear. Lesson learned to ask for all price details because $41 from $25.99 Wed special is crazy. I took my Mom for Spa day for a treat and on the window it stated $25.99 on Wednesday so thought discount hair salon could not be much more. I also noticed in store it stated $13.00 for Senior cut. She got shampoo, cut (minimal cut) and style. After we were done total was $41! I didnt want to upset my Mom so I called when I got home to look at receipt.
