If you go, don’t have Kaitlyn cut your hair. I went yesterday asking for a super simple cut ,straight across from above shoulders to half way up my neck. I directly showed her where I wanted it. She got caught up in conversation and completely hacked my hair off! Seriously my hair is now right below my ears… it looks terrible. It’s not even either, the back is super short. I’m mad because it’s NOT what I asked for and it should have been the easiest cut in the world yet she was unprofessional and couldn’t manage to do her job well and socialize at the same time now I’m stuck with a haircut I absolutely hate. I can’t even put it up in a pony tail to hide. Good thing hair grows but not quick enough for what she did to it. Not going back

This time the haircut was so horrible, I had no option but to cut them so small to almost look bald. It was very depressing. I rarely comment on social media for any service, good or bad, I could not resist but to put this comment to make people beware. I also want to take name over here, beware if you are going to Amy.
