Stylist that performed service did great however, the strong smoke smell in the building was nauseating. This was coming from the back door being left open the entire time I was there and the other stylists who were taking their smoke breaks at this door. This caused the smoke to be pulled into the building every time the front door was opened. I would think this is also a safety and security issue.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityIf you are looking for a very quick trim, this is a good place for this. However, do NOT ask for bangs or a “hairstyle” of any type, as this is too difficult for the hairstylists at this location to perform. I sat in the chair for a total of 7 minutes. Asked for a trim and side swept bangs. Ended up with a square that I would never call bangs. Customer Service is very poor, stylists do not talk through the haircut you want or what you would like. Instead they pick up their scissors and start hacking away. One of the saddest excuses of professionalism I have ever encountered. As they say “You get what you pay for.” A cheap hair cut is definitely what you will receive. One of which is similar to a student playing with their scissors. Super disappointed. The hair dresser listened when I told her I wanted to cut most of my hair off and go to a bob haircut. I showed her where I wanted it cut to. She did a beautiful job. She was kind and professional.

I have hesitated to write but I’ve met a few others who have had the same experience so maybe by writing it will help someone avoid what happened to me. All I wanted was a trim or cut to make the bottom of my hair the same length back to front. I specifically said don’t cut my bangs or cut layers. She cut the length and did a good job but before I could stop her she cut layers in the front of my hair so I had to concede and let her continue with the layering. THEN she cut my bangs. It happened so fast and I said strongly why did you do that I told you I didn’t want my bangs cut. (And they were short – still are – ugh). I should have complained, not paid or done something but I just was resigned never to back. But like I said I’ve talked to few others who had the same experience. I hope this helps somebody Good Luck!

I came in yesterday and was told I had about 45min. wait but I had a good experience the last time so I waited . After about 30 min a gentleman came in with no appointment came in 10 min later he was called before me and yes I felt some type of way so I left out and would probably not come back but who cares. It bothered me so much all day and night so now I’m up doing this review 5:30am
