Great Clips your quality of service is going down hill. I quit going to another location for the same reason. The woman who cut my here did a good job but I felt really uncomfortable the entire time. The entire staff looked unapproachable. The staff didn’t have conversation with customers but with one another. I feel sorry for the poor girl who works there but wasn’t at work. They not only gave out her name but talked about her addiction to her klonopin medication. I won’t mention her name but there is no reason this poor girls information should be discussed in front of customers. Young lady if you read this I hope one of these people having this discussion wasn’t a manager. If so get you a lawyer for them discussing your private medical situation.

The haircut was great! Veronica did a fantastic job getting my wild & unruly hair back in great shape. The only negative on the visit was the online check in. I used the app to check in, got a text confirmation of it, but when I got there (10 minutes after checking in) my check in had been cleared so I wound up in the back of the que. Still, I would rate the visit a 4.5 out of 5.

TERRIBLE customer service. if any at all. messed up both my son and husbands hair because none of them wanted to try and actually listen to what we wanted when they should already know from the print outs they get in the system. the whole atmosphere was horrible. the one by walmart has WAY better workers with smiles on there face that at least act like they love there job. 🙂
