I love this place because of Ashley, she is incredible stylist, she goes above and beyond and even trims facial hair. Should have her own shop, call in advance though because if want best she’s going to have a line waiting on her, no more than 30min wait tho typically and we’ll worth it. the worst haircut i’ve ever had. i have never hated my hair before today. i had the guy with longer hair and a beard cut my hair could not tell you his name though. i showed him pictures of how i wanted my hair to look (the pictures were of the last time my hair had been cut, so i know it would do what i wanted him to do to it). i wanted my hair cut a little below my collar bone (which is very short sense my hair was mid back length) with VERY long layers almost were you couldn’t tell i have, had anything done and i wanted it thinned a little. by the time he was done he had cut my hair maybe a inch below my shoulders (which is clearly WAY shorter than i wanted). honestly that part wasn’t the big deal of the whole hair cut i could’ve been fine with it. but the layers he put in my hair we’re absolutely the worst thing i’ve ever seen. they were cut so short (about 4-5 inches from the bottom of my hair) and the layers weren’t blended at all. he also decided to give me layers in the very front of my hair that were choppy and very short. they looked like really bad curtain bangs to sum up the whole look. no where in the pictures i shows him or when i told him what i wanted did i ever say i wanted curtain bangs or anywhere near them. after he was done i was so mad i just paid and left and went and cried all the way home because i HATED how my hair looked. when i got home i had to recut all of my hair to make it look semi presentable. i now regret going to get my hair cut at all. 10/10 do not recommend going here. i will not be back.

I have literally traveled states and looked everywhere for a good curly hair cut. I payed 200$ for a curly hair specialist. I’ve gone every place I could think of and they have NEVER gotten it the way Ashley did. I went to a place in down town bham and the woman gave me a hair cut so bad I cried and I told my grandma and she took me to Ashley. Ashley not only fixed the disaster that was that first hair cut, but she gave me perfectly what I wanted and charged me 1/3rd the price. It is almost illegal that I got the best hair cut of my life for 15$ (plus a tip) here’s a photo attached. I will always go to Ashley from now on. Notice, the bangs are a little too short but that was not Ashley that was the woman that ruined my hair and we couldn’t fix it.
